We love working with some of New Zealand's most talented silversmiths and goldsmiths, to create unique greenstone jewellery that honours the beauty of the stone, whilst creating beautiful, premium quality contemporary jewellery.
Using our 35 years of experience as a family-run business of jade carvers, we believe the quality of the stone we are able to select and set aside for our jewellery is like nothing else you'll find, anywhere. While our association with experts who understand the nature of greenstone, when crafting and setting it in precious metal, means what you will receive is something to be loved forever.
We understand that choosing the perfect piece isn't always easy, So we’ve put together five ways to select the perfect piece of greenstone jewellery, to help you navigate our collections and find what speaks to you.
Quite simply, this collection is about hand-selecting the highest quality, most impeccably finished pieces that come to us, from from very specific artists. We love working with Luke Gardiner who produces beautiful koru and twist designs and Jewels of the Earth with their elegant ovals and discs. These pieces are then mounting on a silver bale and come with a sterling silver chain.
We are in love with this collection, and you tell us you are too. With prices generally ranging from $268-$398 for our New Zealand stone, there is amazing value in the combination of world-class craftsmanship, complex designs, high quality stone and coming set in silver makes these our much-loved greenstone necklaces.
If you are after a gift for yourself or a loved one, we believe our silver bale collection is New Zealand jewellery elegance.

Much like our silver bale collection, our Gold bale collection is about selecting our best translucent stone, delicately hand-crafted and complimented with a solid gold bale, or 18ct diamond studded gold bale.
Again, we work with a limited number of artists to produce this exclusive, limited edition range.
Our gold bale designs start at $428 and prices from there vary depending on the number of diamonds, design or quality of stone. These come with a complementary gold-plated chain.

We recognise that for some, they want to see our most exclusive jewellery in one place. We have taken the best of Cal Wagenaar and John Sheehan Junior's work and pulled this gallery collection together; our most opulent pieces, involving the most work of any of our pieces, to craft these truly wondrous greenstone necklaces.
We work with some incredible artists and it's right to focus on two in particular:
Hannah is an artist who puts a huge measure of love and time into each work. Hannah is a self-taught silversmith, Hannah now creates a limited number of unique pieces from her small home studio, where she finds joy in the constant process of learning and honing her craft.
Jewels of the Earth craft incredibly skilful silver work, paired with New Zealand Pounamu in a range that includes necklaces, rings and earrings. Often bought to be paired together these pieces are made to compliment each other. Stunning pounamu, often rich and deep greens or yellow flower jade hues, are wearable works of art.
We have a beautiful collection of pieces made from Canadian and Australian jade, that are gold and silver plated. These delicate and elegant designs come in classic heart, koru and fern patterns and are our most affordable jewellery, in the $70 price bracket. They are rhodium-plated which means they will take much longer to tarnish. Both gold and silver come with plated chains. The quality of the jade is fantastic and we believe the designs and stone in these pieces make them incredible jewellery for those on a budget.
