Chinese Jade Toki Fish Hook

This toki necklace has been carved from a beautiful green jade that we found in a remote Chinese village. It's known as a toki necklace and resembles the 'axe' heads that were lashed to wooden handles by Maori. The defining feature of this carving is the small spiral cut from its side.
